Sizing does not usually affect whether or not your Ladybugz Sling will fit. It does however, affect where your tail will hang. If you are in the medium range of the sizing chart, the tail will hang close to mid-thigh. If you would like a longer tail, go a size up. Shorter, a size down. If in doubt, or in between sizes... We recommend going longer rather than shorter.
